The bright, open-concept living area is designed for relaxing after a day in the mountains. Cozy up beside the pellet stove on the comfortable sectional sofa (not photographed) and enjoy a movie or the game on the large Smart TV with streaming capabilities. The dining area seats four, with additional seating for three at the kitchen island. The beautifully remodeled kitchen features stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home. On the entry level, the guest bedroom features a queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom complete with a tiled tub/shower combo and heated floors. Upstairs, the open loft serves as the primary suite with a queen bed, dedicated desk for remote work, and private en-suite bathroom featuring a tiled walk-in shower and heated floors. A private stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located upstairs. Enjoy plenty of outdoor space with an extended front deck with seating, plus a second enclosed private side deck furnished for relaxing outdoors. An enclosed entry mudroom provides convenient storage for skis, snowboards, boots, and other mountain gear. The Bigwood community is tucked among the trees near Sierra Star Golf Course, offering a quiet forest setting while keeping you close to Mammoth’s major attractions. Eagle Lodge and Canyon Lodge is approximately 1 mile away and Main Lodge is approximately 5 miles away. The Yellow Line shuttle is also conveniently located nearby, making it easy to explore town without your car. Community amenities include a year-round outdoor hot tub, sauna, laundry facilities, and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Guests also have shared garage parking for one vehicle (garage clearance 7'3"). Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months.
