I love everything about the property I have been here around 15 times and everything is just perfect the staff are absolutely amazing Mohammed Salah looks after you he is brilliant and also osama at the bar is top class and the pool mechanic everything is just 5*

Nice calming views with rooms in its own little clusters.
Food was not good at all. Same dishes everyday. Did not look appetising at all. You have to go and get drinks from the bar. Even as simple as having some water, you need to go and grab this with the small glasses or plastic cups provided. The BBQ and chips station is very badly planned out, the workers will make tiny portions at a time and will only start preparing to make a new batch once the old small batch has finished. You wait in line for 15-20 minutes by that time the food from the buffet on your plate is already cold. Even then, if you are in the back of the queue, you will be lucky to get any in that batch. I have seen a number of people get frustrated and leave the line. I guess that is the idea from the hotel to do so they give less to people.
The snacks are behind a counter in the cafe area and have to ask the person at the back for the smallest of things. They seem to get frustrated if you ask for a number of things at once. Again, maybe another cost saving strategy.
