Geweldige locatie en heel mooi en sfeervol resort. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en penthouse heel mooi en ruim ingericht. Je kunt recht voor het resort perfect snorkelen en de uitrusting konden we lenen bij het professionele dive center. Fijn restaurant met veel diverse en heerlijke gerechten op de kaart. 1 avond met live muziek, er is cocktail happy hour elke dag. Verder alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd.
De hoeveelheid personeel. Op een gegeven moment zag ik 6 tuinmannen. En meer personeel dan gasten in het restaurant. Prijzen liggen vrij hoog, het is ook een 5 sterren resort maar iets slimmer omgaan met het personeel helpt mijns inziens.

A very attractive property with good pools and an in-house dive centre.
Vastly over-expensive for the quality of the property and the service. They are charging top-rates but providing a middle-of-the-road experience. The restaurant food is disappointingly mediocre, with small portions to boot, breakfast was unexciting and the same every day. There is no turn-down service or any of the extras that make 5 star resorts special. The dive centre is professional but charged more than twice the price of other centres.
