The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable which was useful for shopping and eating out.
Nothing I didn't like but a few things that could be improved. The television had a poor signal and pixellated. The electric kettle should have a detachable base or the socket should be repositioned above the desk for safety. The electric fan was a bit noisy.

I needed reasonably priced accommodation for a one night stay while working in Esher. The Watermans Arms was good value for money, clean, comfortable and easy to find.
The room itself was quite basic, but ticked all the boxes for a short stay. It was a shame that the Watermans Arms doesn't serve food. There was also a noisy funfair on the common in front of the pub. But the double glazing did it's job and it didn't disturb me.
