- The staff really made our experience! They were all very generous and helpful with our plans.
- Very easy to communicate with.
- The kitchen and shared spaces were very clean and tidy. Breakfast included in price with plenty of options.
- Includes free pick up/drop off to bus stops/train station.
- Free shuttle to various slopes around Hakuba. Early morning drop off and any time pick up between a certain time in the afternoon.
- Very accomodating and flexible to our plans and quick to offer help when needed.
- Travelling with big groups makes for a squishy room, however there are plenty of spaces to hang out in outside the bedroom.
