Michelle and the team were wonderful! Super welcoming and incredibly helpful with any logistics or questions about the area. It was really quiet and relaxing while still a short walk from great skiing and restaurants.

Renovated facilities, nice decent rooms, restrooms and shower rooms have been renovated (not the typical run down JP inn stuff).
Staff is super friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast is nice, although 7:00am is the earliest they serve. Has a bit of variety every day.
You have some nice shared spaces to chill out and do a bit of work.
Dry room is a true dry room with space to leave your gear.
Laundry machines (wash and dry) available, which is super convenient.
They had an electric issue and since then, the WiFi didn't work properly for a few days. I know this was because of the electric incident, and not their fault.
If they could provide dinner option, that would be fantastic

This hotel was amazing. Michelle was super friendly, spoke great English and made our trip easy by sorting ski passes, transfers etc for us. The hotel has great facilities and is close to pick up points etc.
