Really great place. The staff was friendly and helpful. All nice and clean, and I've read the other reviews saying its hard to find, but we had no trouble just following the satnav.
The beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen was spotless. I would 110% stay here again!
The internet was not the best, but moving the hub next to the tv fixed it. There is a shower but the plug was broken.

Great communication before our arrival. Please be aware that it is in the country side and that you will need to drive and down back country roads. The area is very scenic and quiet, amazing location. Around 12 mins in busy traffic to Conwyn castle/Marina. Also a not too far drive to other attractions and Snowdonia.
The accommodation itself was very Clean, comfortable and had everything that we required for our stay. Oven, Large fridge freezer, washer, dishwasher, Microwave, all pots pans and Cutlery was provided. Also iron and ironing board.
Very nicely decorated, large double bedrooms with plenty of tasteful storage. Beds was very comfortable and linen soft.
WiFi was provided.
Very happy with our stay and was very pleasantly surprised.
Thank you for your hospitality, we will be booking again asap.

Location, quiet, good sized apartment.
Floors were dirty, multiple dead flies on floors. Tea towels were very stained. Stain on one of the bedding. No plug for the bath. Paint or filler around the bath plug. Garden was stone floor, full of weeds, no chairs to sit outside. The external door was extremely stiff to open.
WiFi signal was really weak, tv and phones kept loosing signal.
The property has lots of potential if these things were improved.
