The location was superb, about 3 -4 minutes from the Metro station Re di Roma on line A. The room was spacious enough for 3 people. Upon request, the host provided us with separate blankets and extra towels. The shared kitchen was well stocked with clean plates and cutlery and equipped with the essentials although we did not use them on account of eating out. We bought a weekly transport ticket for a stay of 4 days but because of the great location, we probably would have saved money if we had bought single use tickets as all the main attractions were easily accessed. The host also allowed us early check-in although he informed us about it when we had arrived on the location to store the luggage.
The Air conditioner did not cool the room properly enough. Although , we set the AC at the lowest possible temperature (18 degree C), it took a long time to cool the room. A fan would have been very welcome. We needed to have instructions from the host ( to close the window) before the AC could start working. The Vikey entry system asks you to upload your passport photos which I did not like sharing online. There is no concierge at the facility. Getting inside was a little tricky. However, we were able to communicate via booking.com messaging service since the host did not pick up our telephone calls. He later said that he is available on Whatsapp which we used for our communications later. The room was not cleaned in the four days of our stay.
