We loved our stay here. It was our beautiful garden retreat to come home to. The staff here are so special. Thank you to Putu, Marina and Julia. We spent 12 nights here. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds, the pool, the breakfast. We had laundry done twice. They brought us pool towels. Anything we needed, the staff took care of. We ate our evening meal at the restaurant a few times. Have the banana shake. We walked to the grocery and to The Yoga Barn. This was a good central area for day trips. Grabs were plentiful.

Great big room, quiet in the villa. Big bed and comfy pillows. Room 8 has a great view.
Great that they refill the glass jugs in the room for filtered water daily (no plastic bottles -yay).
I didn’t like the location -it’s on a very busy road you have to walk down to get to the popular restaurants, but that’s why it’s a good price I guess!
Breakfast was basic and they don’t have black tea in rooms only jasmine (unusual?) but you can buy groceries next door at the organic bottega or the mainstream supermarket.

Ondanks dat de ingang aan een drukke weg ligt merk je hier niet veel van als je eenmaal boven bent bij het hotel. Super vriendelijk personeel als je wat nodig hebt pakken ze het gelijk. Alleen probleemoplossend klantgericht dan weer niet als je ontevreden bent over een toch wel vervelend probleem in de kamer (zie hieronder). We moesten gewoon de kamer aanhouden en hiervoor betalen. Best een dure grap als je ‘m niet gebruikt.
‘s avonds / ‘s nachts geluiden van een karaoke bar?+Katten die vechten? Daarnaast hadden we een kamer waar de rioollucht zo penetrant was dat een van ons is verhuisd midden in de nacht naar een andere kamer van ons en we met z’n drieën in 1 bed lagen. Dit lossen ze op door veel te sprayen met een luchtje, maar dan nog is de lucht aanwezig. Drong zelfs binnen in een andere kamer. Uiteindelijk deze kamer niet gebruikt, wel voor moeten betalen. Prachtige tuin zorgt voor overlast van mieren in de kamer. Dringen de kamer zelfs via stopcontact in de badkamer binnen. Hier kan het personeel niet veel aan doen, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden.
