Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, es wird versucht alle Wünsche zu ermöglichen und den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Der Pool auf der Dachterasse ist ein Highlight. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen Eierspeisen und Pancakes.

The hotel has a lovely pool area including an infinity pool with views down to the town and the sea. The jacuzzi works well and during our stay it was easy to get a spot by the pool. There was plenty of parking onsite which was perfect for us as we’d hired a car. The staff were friendly and responded extremely positively when we voiced a concern about service. They could not have done more to make it right and we were very pleased as a result. We would particularly like to thank Emanuel in this regard.
We were not aware that our room was going to be in a villa with shared kitchen and living facilities and this sort of set up is not our preference. We feel it was not clear in the booking process that this is what we were booking. The breakfast offering is varied and does the trick but the restaurant is small and appears to be set up for larger groups rather than couples or families of four. In addition to this, the service suggested to us that this hotel has a preference for big parties. The hotel is at least a 55-minute walk from the centre of Ponta Delgada but if you are going to spend a lot of time visiting the island’s other attractions this may not be an issue for you and there are three taxi services operating in the town which cover the area around the hotel.

The staffs were unfriendly and not cooperative also most of them didn't know English!
