Great location, brand new interior and nice extras like Dyson hair dryer and free coffee / pastries.
They first put us in room 103, which is right next to the lobby and opposite of the elevator. Even though this is a brand new property, there is no proper noise insulation and you could hear every word that was spoken. Paying $500+ a night for such an experience is unacceptable. When we wanted to switch rooms we had to follow up 5 times between 10 am and 4pm with the staff to finally make a move happen. Our second room was on the 2nd floor towards the street and while it was slightly better, there was a lot of noise from the street (again bad insulation). For a completely new hotel at 5 stars and that price point (and being an SLH property) I would expect much better.

Only breakfast available was carafes of coffee and some some pastries.
Made up the room earlier. Their practice is to make up the rooms that were checked out of that morning and move on the rooms that still had guests. If you come back to the room for whatever it may not be ready.
Room service staff did a nice job.

Location is good.
They also have a nice terrace for breakfast at the third floor. Staff was very supportive.
Cleaning of our room was not good. We found hairs, nails on the floor. Honestly bad cleaning.
We also didn’t appreciate to sell a room ‘with garden view’ as a room with a tiny balcony overlooking a wall.
Room was very tiny.
