The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I really wanted to check to see the manufacturer so I could buy one like it for home, but I forgot. I also loved the floor to ceiling windows view of Toronto lights at night. I also love that you could watch TV from anywhere whether you're cooking in the kitchen, sitting on the couch, or in bed ,with that swivel TV. Also to be able to order food up until 11:00 at night was a real convenience.
It took 3 days for them to fix an issue with the TV, my phone was not compatible I guess with the casting required to view anything worthwhile on TV. I found that whole thing to be ridiculous when they had a remote that had the smart TV apps that I could just sign into, which they finally gave me. I don't understand why they don't just have that available to all their guests, but should be given freely at the first sign of a problem.

Almost everything, the staff was good. The breakfast was a plus. We couldn use the pool due busy schedule but it looks good. The bed are comfortable, almost everything was good
Some of the staff are scared of the dogs so they overreacting with that and we feel discriminated about it, so it’s not to all pet friendly. The scramble eggs was with too much salt but its okay. If you are coming with a dog, please think about it two times

Lots of parking, clean facilities for room, halls, elevator, property and eating area. Pool was good, workout room was good. Overall happy with all amenities.
The pullout bed was a single bed, it worked but not very comfortable.
