The staff was so friendly and helpful, they had the answers to all my questions. They gave me precise driving directions to the airport to return my rental car and picked me up. I would stay here again

Instructions for meeting the airport shuttle were helpful. Staff were friendly and accommodating, even though I arrived late at night - several hours later than planned - due to flight delays. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, A/C was effective, shower was strong and hot. Everything I needed after a long transit. The premises seemed a bit rundown overall, but I didn't have time for a good look around or use any facilities outside the room. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was adequate, with fresh fruit, cereal with yoghurt, toast, eggs and sausages, waffle-maker, and hot and cold drinks.

The staff was really nice for both check in it was very late or very early when I checked in and I checked out around 10:30 am

Staff polite and clean room.
The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to your room. I arrived almost at midnight, and because there were a lot of people, the check-in queue took almost 45 minutes. On top of that, I then had to carry my luggage up the stairs. Also, the room has an air conditioning system that can’t be turned off, so there’s a continuous noise.
