The building was the newest in the neighborhood. Felt secure and clean.
Nothing bad about the property. The surrounding area had a little “wrong side of the tracks feel”. But nothing to dislike or unsafe. Was great value. Easy access to public transit

Big apartment, great ACU, well stocked with equipment, really comfortable bed, excellent shower with hot water. Luckily I met Jessie when I was trying to find key codes etc as wifi wasn''t working for me and foreign mobile signal didn't locate straight away. She was lovely and really helpful - give her a pay rise to be around when guests arrive! 20 minute walk to nearest Metro (Vendome) then getting around the city is easy!
A 'welcome' card would help overseas visitors new to Montreal showing e.g. nearest Metro, bus service to city, nearest store, 'must see's' (with discount?) and be less stark of an arrival, etc. Even a couple of tea/coffee bags? Relying fully on IT working for advance information and key information etc is a weakness and not customer focus first. The sofa seats were uncomfortable. Towels are a bit tired and thin but are ok.

J’ai aimé la propreté de l’appartement et aussi la terrasse arrière
Le service à la clientèle est nul , je devais avoir accès à l’appartement à 16h . A la veille , j’avais reçu seulement les accès pour accéder à l’immeuble mais pas les accès de l’appartement jusqu’au jour J . À mon arrivée sur place à 17h20 , j’appelle le numéro par lequel je suis censé avoir les accès et aucune réponse . J’ai envoyé pleins de messages , toujours rien . A 19h10 je décide de réserver dans un autre hôtel pour la nuit à Montréal car désespéré de ne pas avoir eu de nouvelle . Et aussi fatiguée de m’arrêter dans le hall de l’immeuble sans solution. C’est à 20h que je reçois un appel pour me donner les accès sachant que j’avais déjà quitté les lieux et déjà payé pour un autre hôtel . J’ai donc payé une nuit dans ce airbnb sans jamais l’avoir utilisé, je n’ai eu aucun remboursement.
