A couple of things don't work but the price of renting the property reflects that so it wasn't a surprise.

Ideal accommodation if you just want to get your head down near tourist attractions but sorry not for us

Close proximity to the city centre Comfortable bed Fairly quiet Temperature in room was good Ceramic dog in bathroom was cute John Lewis plates, bowls and mugs

Looked more like student accommodation. Very difficult to find entrance. Instructions should mention the entrance is on the main road. Details of accommodation are misleading as floor plan and reviews must refer to a similar apartment on the same site. The reference to a terrace is obviously the communal areas leading to the front doors. The pull down bed was already set up in the kitchen living area though there was only two of us, so we didn’t bother with the bedroom. The bed we slept on should have had a mattress cover on though. The bed in the bedroom didn’t look particularly inviting with very creased bedding and we were cosier in the one room. Poorly equipped in kitchen ie only 2 pans no baking sheets. No dish cloth or tea towel, bath towel for kitchen use. Almost empty washing up liquid. No table or chairs to sit at to eat. Couldn’t get hot water from taps. Only toiletries available were hand wash ( which was quite nice) WiFi said it was chargeable (£5.99 for one hour) as not given a password. TV only had limited channels available same reason.

Location was great and beds were comfortable!

The floors were dirty with dried up toilet paper on the floor in the living room and on the bedside table in the bedroom. Not enough toilet paper available. A small trickle of water from the tap in the bathroom. Pillows smelled really bad.
