Great small place, for a great price. Very centrally located so easily to get anywhere within Philly!
The fire alarm went off in the adjacent building from 3 am to 5:30 am. Since it was fairly loud, it woke my husband and I up. I finally called 911 at 5 am, and the building alarm was turned off 15-30 minutes later.
Because of how close adjacent buildings are, it might be worth installing acoustic noise panels or more insulated windows!

The grocery store across the street
I had to walk up 4 plus flights of stairs in a and knee there was no elevator and that was not mentioned either. The service was horrible and just kept apologizing I had to contact booking directly for assistance . The property promised compensation and did not compensate me at all. We had to walk down a weird alley to get to the property and the street was under construction when we arrived so we had trouble accessing it and finding parking .
