Ferienhaus mit Potenzial, aber. . .

Das Haus lag an der Ringstraße, war aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen.

Als wir am 29.06.2026 nach einem Flug von Deutschland an dem Haus ankamen, standen wir vor verschlossenen Türen. Eine angekündigte Mail mit dem Code des Schlüsseltresor hatten wir nicht erhalten. Nach mehreren Telefonaten und Mails mit den Verwaltern haben wir den Code dann endlich erhalten, allerdings auch nur für die obere Wohnung. Nach Betreten des Hauses, trauten wir unseren Augen nicht, die Vormieter hatten die Wohnung in einem unglaublich schlechten Zustand hinterlassen und eine Reinigung war nicht erfolgt. Nach weiteren Telefonaten kam nach geraumer Zeit eine kleine Gruppe zur Reinigung. Wir mußten uns mit unserem Gepäck über mehrere Stunden gedulden und konnten dann erst abends das Haus betreten. Der Reinigungstrupp hatte dann auch den Code des unteren Zimmers hinterlassen. Sicherlich haben die Leute sich bemüht, das Haus in einen einigermaßen ordentlichen Zustand zu bekommen, trotzdem waren wir mit den Gesamtumständen nicht gerade glücklich. Zum Beispiel befanden sich in einem Müllbehälter immer noch unglaublich viele vergammelte Zigarettenkippen. Der Geschirrspüler war eine Katastrophe, das Geschirr wurde gar nicht sauber. Die Pfannen in der Küche waren verschimmelt, einige Lampen und das Bügeleisen funktionierten nicht. Eine Türklinke fiel dauern ab usw. Die vielen Ameisen im ganzen Haus waren auch nicht gerade erfreulich.

Das hätte unbedingt vorher kommuniziert werden und sich auch im Preis widerspiegeln müssen. Leider gab es kein Brennholz, um das Haus zu beheizen und auch keine Antwort darauf, wo dieses zu bekommen ist. Die Spülmaschine machte das Geschirr eher dreckiger als sauber. Den Check in fanden wir mit 17 Uhr recht spät.
