Nice to have the sauna in the room. Easy to use and comfortable. Large bath available as well.
Like many European hotels, there are no elevators so be prepared to carry luggage up and down the stairs.
A bit surprising that there is no reception, but hotel personnel is responsive via booking when needed.

Merg la JMR de ani de zile si este, fara indoiala, cazarea mea preferata din Constanta. Imi place foarte mult stilul elegant si cu aer regal, dar mai ales faptul ca totul este mereu foarte curat si se acorda atentie detaliilor.
De data aceasta am ales JMR Splendor, camera Venus - loft. De obicei ne cazam la Royal si am vrut sa incercam si experienta unei camere la mansarda. Camera este foarte spatioasa, frumoasa si amenajata cu mult bun gust. Patul este foarte mare si extrem de confortabil, iar faptul ca ai halate, papuci, sampanie, mini-frigider si produse de igiena, inclusiv periute de dinti, face experienta foarte placuta. Mini-frigiderul nu l-am folosit prea mult, dar este un detaliu binevenit.
Cel mai mult mi-au placut sauna si cada, care fac camera foarte potrivita pentru un weekend de relaxare. Sunt exact genul de detalii care ma fac sa aleg JMR de fiecare data cand ajung in Constanta.
Am si cateva observatii pe care nu le consider motive pentru a scadea nota, mai ales pentru ca mi-am asumat anumite particularitati ale unei camere la mansarda, dar cred ca pot fi utile ca feedback. In loft am simtit lipsa spatiilor de depozitare - exista un dulapior mic, insa ar fi utile mai multe dulapuri sau spatii unde sa iti poti pune lucrurile. De asemenea, se auzeau destul de bine zgomotele de la camerele vecine.
In ceea ce priveste mansarda, cred ca personal prefer celelalte camere JMR, dar nu regret deloc ca am vrut sa incerc aceasta experienta. Trebuie doar sa tineti cont ca, prin skylight-uri, se pot auzi dimineata zgomotele din exterior - pescarusii pe acoperis , asa ca pentru persoanele foarte sensibile la zgomot poate fi un aspect de luat in calcul.
In rest, totul a fost foarte frumos, curat si confortabil, exact asa cum m-am obisnuit la JMR. Iar faptul ca ne-a placut atat de mult spune destul de multe: revenim chiar weekendul viitor, de data aceasta la JMR Royal. ❤️

-comunicare prompta din partea personalului.
Per total raport-calitate super pentru toate facilitatile pe care le ofera. Recomand pt vacante in cuplu.
n-a fost neaparat deranj, dar personalul de la curatenie nu cred ca era informat ca aveam late check-out si au incercat sa intre in camera de doua ori sa curete inainte de ora de plecare stabilita. ar merge si un semn de dnd pentru usa.

liked the description and reviews on the Booking. it was warm and clean quite a big room, the sauna was good, the location, the possibility to park a car
We chose the room with a sauna and a hydromassage bathtub. At least that's what it said on the website. We were assigned the Artemis room.
First of all, there was not hydromassage bathtube but just a regular bathtub that couldn't be filled because the plug didn't work properly. So, bathtube was useless at all. I used just a shower. Fortunately it worked properly.
Secondly, a fairly large and spacious room, equipped with a coffee maker, ice maker, and glasses for champagne and wine, completely devoid of the opportunity to relax with a glass of champagne after the sauna. There are no evem small table and armchairs in the room for two. Just one small puff. And you must seat or lie on the bed always. Finally, I moved the balcony metal table and chair into the room.
Thirdly, using the balcony was a bit of a challenge due to the broken blinds that couldn't be opened.The blinds were only open halfway through the door and did not move up or down.
