El trato es fantástico, muy buena comunicación en todo momento. La habitación es también muy cómoda. Destaca la ubicación excelente desde ahí se puede ir andando a cualquier punto de la ciudad.
Como aspecto a mejorar el desayuno ya que solo es café y un croissant. Deberían plantearse algo más completo en especial para nosotros que nos encanta un desayuno fuerte para poder tener energía durante el día.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in Neapel. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral, vieles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt.
Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und freundlich und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Für einen Aufenthalt in Neapel absolut zu empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Limpieza y ubicacion
No es un hotel, no tiene zona de desayuno, ascensor que falla a menudo (3 veces en 3 días) y no hay recepción, no vimos una sola persona en toda nuestra estancia
