The staff were very attentive and available. They worked hard to ensure that we had a good stay. When we encountered a small problem (another car parked in our spot) they were very responsive and contacted me several times until it was fixed.
This is a downtown apartment in a big city--as such two of the bedrooms didn't have windows only skylights. The apartment was next to a tram line (very convenient!) but the entire apartment shook a bit every time the tram came by. My children who were from the country struggled a bit with sleeping with this. The owners were very thoughtful and provided ear plugs and eye masks to address these issues.

Affordable, clean, beds were comfy.
I’m sensitive to scents and found that the sheets and pillows strongly smelled of febreze/detergent. I wish more Airbnb-type places used unscented products!

Great location on close to everything you need. Easy access to subways and shops. The room was very nice and spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice bathroom. Very well maintained accommodation. Great online service and very quick answer.we all had a best staying and we all very happy to come back! Thank you!!!!
