it was clean, away from the tourist area with a beautiful mountain view and a waterfall. You could take a walk in the woods and walk along the river. The breakfast was very good with healthy choices and the croissants were very fresh and tasty. very simple bedrooms with Plenty of closet space, bathrooms and rooms were cleaned daily.
Our room had no ventilation; we opened the window at night or whenever we were in the room. No signs of air flow or fans in the room. WIFI almost never worked in the area, but we were in the Dolomites and away from most tourists' areas.
It would be very helpful to have luggage racks or table to be able to open luggage comfortably.

The breakfast was delicious. There was a lot of food and a possibility to take morning coffee on the terrace. Also the young lady manager was exceptionally kind

Nice views, quiet, very friendly staff
Few things. 1, there is no bunkbeds, even though you pay for a room that is bigger and not the basic one you get the exact same room. What I originally booked a street view, room with a bunkbed, I received likely their cheapest room possible, that was basically an attic turned into a room, with no windows( skylights dont count) , and no bunkbed in sight.
2. The Jacuzzi that is advertised is not working, and even though we reserved thinking that’s what we’re going to get, we got a jacuzzi basically in a smelly basement without any windows, and the water was not even hot.
3. I Extended checkout to 10:30 at the front desk, and I had the cleaning staff knock at my door Every five minutes rudely rushing me out of the room even though I’ve told them I am still packing and I requested the room until 10:30
4. Eating hours are absolutely ridiculous. Breakfast ends at 9:40, and dinner ends at 20:40 but doesn’t open till 19:00 LOL
You basically can’t sleep in, and who eats dinner before 8 PM?
It’s like everything in this hotel is designed purposely to make you miserable and not comfortable like a hotel should .
5. Smells really bad, like Old everything.
Only positive is the staff, I can tell how hard everyone works, and they try to make your stay better, but I don’t think that the owner of this place is putting much effort and money into this establishment whatsoever .
