Ottima posizione praticamente ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi sia per il mare e sia per la sera.
Ottima colazione.
La prima notte abbiamo dormito malissimo perché il materasso sprofondava dal lato della testa e dei piedi.
Il giorno dopo alzando il materasso ci siamo resi conto che al posto della rete c'erano delle tavole di legno che erano posizionate soltanto al centro e quindi le abbiamo spostate noi più verso la testa e i piedi e abbiamo dormito tutta la notte.
La televisione non funzionava.
Lavandino minuscolo praticamente grande quanto una tazza da latte, direi inesistente.

We had a very pleasant three-night stay at this villa in Ksamil. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a convenient location close to the beaches.
The couple taking care of the property were extremely kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and having it served on our terrace every morning was a wonderful touch.
They were also very thoughtful towards our children, even bringing them toys, which made us feel especially welcome. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay more enjoyable.
We would highly recommend this villa and would be happy to stay here again.

La propreté du logement, l’équipement, la situation géographique, la proximité de la plage à pied, petit déjeuner frais et copieux, et surtout la gentillesse des hôtes.
La salle de bain qui est petite et il n’y a pas de bac de douche, place pour se garer limité mais l’hôte nous aide à trouver une solution, pas de télévision dans le logement mais possibilité de regarder la télévision à l’extérieur au bar.

Good location, good breakfast.
We booked a room with one double bed and one single bed, but instead of a single bed, we were given a sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable. We informed the owner about the issue, but he told us that the room we had originally booked was already occupied. We therefore asked for a discount, but he refused to offer us one.
We also asked for an additional blanket because there was only one blanket for all of us, although each of us had a bedsheet. The owner told us that we should turn off the air conditioning so that we wouldn’t need an additional blanket and that the bedsheets were sufficient.
Overall, we were disappointed with the accommodation and the way the issue was handled.
