There are kitchen facility
One resident slept during the day time, complained about closing door making noise.

Location, price, availability and when I had any questions the response/reply time was almost instant!
Common area felt slightly messy an dirty.
Laundry area slightly messy. Air clothes dryer, were in way of machine access.
Better signage on doors (toilet bathroom laundry etc.

The room was cozy, the facilities in the room, the kitchen, lounge were good.
The internet was not working in the first two nights, after telling them it was fixed. The room was extremely cold. Coldness came from the window of the toilet.
Vague instructions were given for entering the building before arrival. I had to phone the owner to have instructions clear, however, I did not have a local SIM card. Then my friend helped to phone her. Not well communication, and I have never seen any servant in the apartment during my stay (maybe it was intended like this)
