Excellent location for discovering Rome. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. A special mention goes to the owner, who was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. A great choice for a stay in Rome.
The only drawback is that it is located within Rome’s Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), which means you cannot drive directly to the property by car.

One of the things I appreciated most about this place was the location — it was within easy walking distance of numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants. Being able to step outside and have so many options right at our doorstep made getting around effortless and saved us time and money on transportation. Combined with the quality of the accommodation itself, this location made it an excellent choice for the value. I'd happily stay here again on a future trip to Rome.
My one complaint was that the overall space tended to run warm — the main living area stayed noticeably warmer unless you closed the doors and let the air conditioning cool the room directly. That said, the air conditioning itself was actually better than what I've experienced at other places in Rome. I'll admit I'm judging this by American air conditioning standards, so it's worth keeping that in mind — but it's something future guests should know, especially if you're used to central air keeping every room consistently cool.

Alles beviel ons ! Het was echt top , zeker ook de communicatie met de eigenaar. Hij heeft ons enorm veel geweldige tips gegeven .
