About this house rental
This 2-story townhome has 2 private bedrooms 2 full baths. However the unit will sleep 6 adults comfortably in three beds. One of the beds is a murphy bed located in one of two living spaces. This is a two level condo with stairs in the unit and stairs to access the unit. It might not be appropriate for guests with mobility concerns.
THE UPSTAIRS LEVEL contains a private bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, kitchen, and living/dining room. There is also a small deck overlooking the mountains. There are a couple of chairs and a small table on this deck. Stairs connect the two levels inside and outside, plus there are separate outside entrances for each level. The inside stairs can be locked off to create two units. THE DOWNSTAIRS LEVEL (ground floor) has a private King bedroom and separate living space with a flat-screen TV. This living space contains the third bed, a queen size Murphy bed. You must pass through this room to reach the downstairs back bedroom or access the indoor stairs. The downstairs also has a mini-fridge, a full bath, washer/dryer as well as a small exterior deck/porch.

The unit is as advertised but is a little hard to find. Host was very gracious and answered all questions. Unit was very clean and comfortable. It is just across the parking lot from snow king.

Perfect little place for my family of 5. Rustic feel but clean and comfortable. 15 minute walk to town was nice. Kitchen was small but stocked well. Plenty of towels, TP, dishwasher tabs and paper towels. Parking was never an issue. I would recommend this unit to others.

Stayed a few nights with our 4 kids and we loved the close proximity to parks, the rodeo and downtown Jackson. We were able to walk most places! The beds were comfortable and the home meet all our needs. We would book again! Thank you!

Clean and comfortable. Property in ill repair ~ needs updating. Price was very expensive for the condition of the property. Yellow hazard tape marking off porch area. Owner provided detailed instructions telling us how to locate the property but was still very confusing. There should be better signage at the main enterance.
