Warm and cozy, upgraded, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, ground floor (single level) condo in phase IV of the beautiful Snowcreek complex (Unit #563). Sleeps 6!
This unit is upgraded with high-end furniture throughout. The living room features a gas fireplace, large comfortable sofa, and a large, flat-screen TCL smart TV. Enjoy the spectacular views from your private outdoor patio (just off the living room) which offers a private gas BBQ.
Enjoy all the comforts of home in the fully-stocked, upgraded kitchen furnished with wood cabinetry, electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, and well stocked with all the cookware and dish ware you'll need. Dine in at the large dining table (with seating for 6) or grab a quick snack at the kitchen bar (with stools provided for additional seating). The private, in-home washer dryer includes provided laundry pods.
The cozy bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping options, with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath in the master bedroom, and a full over full bunk bed with and additional full-sized trundle pull out underneath in the second bedroom. There is also a second bathroom off the hall. Both bedrooms feature flat screen smart LG TV's.
The property features free, private WiFi and cable TV service. Walk to the town's no cost shuttle stop (red line); as well as nearby Mammoth Creek, and Mammoth's network of walking and bike trials.

1. The unit itself was clean and kept and functional. 2. I had some issues with the I pad getting to the next screen, I forget where in the process but it wasn't obvious and I work with devices in my work all day every day. So it's not that I'm technically challenged. 3. I didn't there till 10:pm at night, thank you for having the porch light on. 4. I saw the listing on the wall and what you charge for it. If you ask me it's excessive on the penalties. I set the thermostat first thing the morning we were leaving. While I got ready it went back up to 66. So I set it to 50 again and had it hold till noon that day. If you charge me for it because your cleaners didn't get there till later than noon that day we'll need to have a discussion and refund me that penalty. 5. The instructions on the wall stated that the trash was to the left of the unit when in fact it is to the right. Fortunately I was able to figure it out. 6. We basically only stayed there to sleep and were out of the unit every morning by 6:30 AM. We didn't return till 8pm usually after fishing and dinner out. Also, there were only two of us so keeping the unit clean was simple. 7. All that said, I love the place. I understand that often many more people are in the place and families could make a real mess thus list and penalties. Truth be told since you make us clean the place why should I pay for cleaning when I myself cleaned the place up. Doesn't make sense to me. 8. We'll definitely be back.

The condo was very clean, spacious for 5 people. The amenities were good and the kitchen was very good

As advertised. Had what we needed. Loved the creek out the bedroom windows. The unanticipated snowstorm (at time of booking) threw us off a little but very walkable area with bike/walking paths etc worked well. And the meadow adjacent. My favorite!
