Bring the whole family to this amazing 4BR, 3.5BA beach house just 50 yards from the beach and 5 blocks from bars, restaurants, and Casa Marina. Lots of room to spread out in this home that is consistently rated FIVE STAR. Big, open, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and large dining table. Spacious gathering room with an oversized couch and a 75-inch TV. Huge master suite with ocean views. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on one of the 2 ocean-view balconies. TV's in every bedroom. Outdoor shower. Two-car garage with beach chairs, toys, and beach cart. Must be 25 or older to rent.

Exceptionally clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. Hosts also did a fantastic job of communicating and labeling the home with important information. Location was better than expected. Barely a block from the ocean. Will book again if back in Jacksonville.
