Guest Access:

You will be sent a number code for the front door upon booking. Your code will be active ONLY during the time of your stay.



An email will be sent as soon as the booking is confirmed with instructions and your personal code.



Any questions or problems, feel free to contact me. Guests have access to the entire house and amenities.



Driveway parking is available for multiple vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

Less than a 10 minute drive to the entrance of Joshua Tree National park and ½ mile away from great restaurants and funky shops in Joshua Tree.



Joshua Tree National Park - Luxe Casita is located less than a 10 minute drive to the entrance of National park. The park entrance fee is $20 for the day or $30 for an annual pass. There are some free entrance days so be sure to check the website for these dates.



Noah Purifoy Exhibit - An outdoor art exhibit is located 10-15 minutes away and is a must see for all art lovers. His installations have been in galleries across the country and this exhibit is a true testament for his amazing work.



The Integratron - This is an unforgettable sound experience for those seeking deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Sound baths are by appointment only by online booking or phone. Integratron is located about 20 minutes away and worth every minute.



Landers Brew Co - If you are looking for a good beer, surrounded by beautiful desert scenery, LBC is the spot. With a friendly bar staff and great selection of drafts and bottles, you can't go wrong. Definitely a must for beer lovers. The 20 minute drive is well worth it to enjoy a beer on the patio or listen to some local live music.



The restaurants in Joshua Tree are amazing. Country Kitchen is perfect for a delicious diner Breakfast and home cooked meals. Crossroads Cafe is a breakfast and lunch hot spot with a wide range of options, including vegan/vegetarian options. Pie For The People is hands down the best pizza in town, the garlic knots are pretty tasty too! Natural Sisters is the vegetarian restaurant in Joshua Tree and has large portions and hearty salads. Joshua Tree Saloon is right down the street and a perfect spot for live music, drinks and be sure to have some BBQ or Mahi Mahi tacos. Pappy and Harriets in Pioneertown the world famous destination for music lovers. We highly recommend you make a reservation in advance to get a table.



Getting Around:

5 minutes away from great restaurants and funky shops in Joshua Tree. There are convenient stores and gas stations within 5 minutes, but grocery stores are located 15 minutes away in Yucca so please plan accordingly. It’s best to get around by car. Uber and Lucky 777 cab are popular local options to get where you need to go.

• CLEANING FEE

As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests.



• AC and HEATING

The cooling/heating system for the house is an HVAC unit. You’ll have no problem keeping cool or warm throughout the entire house.



• FIRE

Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outdoor wooden fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.





• POOL

The pool is a cowboy tub that can be filled up with water for your use. It is not operable during the winter months and is only available April 1 - October 1, it is cold-water-only. These are meant for soaking in and are a "desert pool".



• HOT TUB and POOL - legal

Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and spa.



• GUESTS

You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.



• HOUSE AND PROPERTY

Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees and Owner, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the house and property.
