Sometimes you will hear the soothing sound of the waterfall and stream in the jungle gorge below the cottage.

Guests love our luxurious, deep soaking tub for 2. No chemicals or second-hand water. Just fill it up for each soak. It is a private, intimate relaxing experience. It will be love at 1st soak!

We were instantly pleased with this property! It was spotless inside and out. It was beautifully furnished including everything in the kitchen, deck, for the beach and the way they organized the garbage and recycle. The outdoor tub was Devine along with the deck furniture with gorgeous views in every direction.We loved the healthy vegetation growing around the property along with the fresh fruit furnished by Hank, the friendly, helpful owner. Fresh orchids and flowers too! Private parking and private lovely cottage. A must stay again Maui property!Jacqueline

Hookipa Bayview Cottage couldn’t have been better! It was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cottage was very private and peaceful. Bed was very comfortable and both indoor and outdoor spaces were great! Loved the wrap around porch - enjoyed coffee and great view of the ocean every morning. Outdoor soaking tub and showers were a treat! It truly exceeded our expectations in every way and was in a great location for all island activities. Nearby Nuka a must try for seafood / sushi - Nuka bowl on menu the best. Hank was very communicative and friendly and gave us some freshly picked apple bananas and the most juicy oranges from his garden as well as other snack items. Loved our stay and would definitely come again!!

Perfection! The attention to detail makes this a true retreat. From the moment you step onto the property you know you have reached a truly special place. The home and grounds are beautiful and provided all the comforts you need for a great stay. It is very well equipped with many thoughtful amenities to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Hank is full of local knowledge of where to go from eating to swimming and readily available to answer questions without being intrusive. A wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to my friends.
