Wonderful apartment located in Via del Falco in the heart of the Borgo Pio district, a stone's throw from Piazza San Pietro, Piazza Risorgimento and the Vatican Museums. The property located on the first floor without a lift, is furnished with modern and classic design elements, during the restoration phase of this wonderful apartment great attention was paid to the care of details that make this proposal unique on the market. Composed of a spacious living room with sofa and armchair, a fully equipped kitchen and a glass and wrought iron table, from the kitchen we can access the delightful outdoor space, the terrace on the same level equipped with furniture such as a table and chairs with umbrella, perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation after a long day spent visiting the city. In the sleeping area we find two comfortable double bedrooms, concludes a large and modern bathroom with large shower. The property is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine and dishwasher, smart TV and wi-fi. Perfect location for visiting the city, a few steps from the apartment we find a large offer of restaurants, aperitif bars, bars and any type of service. Perfect choice for families or couples of friends who want to spend a short or medium-term stay in a strategic position.

This is a very clean and quiet property near the Vatican. It has two nice bedrooms, a charming living room and a small kitchen. One bathroom that is pretty spacious. It’s within easy walking distance to St Peter’s Basilica, Vatican City and Castel Sant Angelo. Trastevere is about a 25 min walk along the river. The bed was fairly comfortable and there is a lovely terrace just off the kitchen. It would have been nice to have had a list of recommendations for nearby places including restaurants and the kitchen is pretty barebones. Response time of the host was okay. It was a fine place to stay if you have your plans and don’t need a lot of recs. Perfect if your main objective is to see The Vatican.

Great apartment. Short walk to St. Peter’s, Castel Sant’ Angelo and Ottavania Metro. As advertised. Host responded quickly to all inquiries. Outside sitting area was great for breakfast and lunch or to just relax between sightseeing. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in short walking distance.
