Recreation Passes
Two recreation passes are provided per rental. Each pass can accommodate up to six people when fully completed. Additional day passes are available for $5 per person, per day at the pool kiosk or Sea Ranch Association office.

Sea Ranch and Sonoma County Guidelines
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at all times.
A maximum of two vehicles is permitted, and all vehicles must be parked in the driveway. RVs are not permitted.
Maximum occupancy is four guests.
For safety reasons, the homeowner recommends that guests be at least 12 years old.
