Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time, day or night.
Maximum of 2 vehicles are permitted at the home and must be parked in the driveway. No RVs are permitted.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests for this home.
Due to safety concerns, the homeowner recommends that guests 12 years of age and older occupy this home.

We loved coming here== our 3rd time. Everything went smoothly and we loved it. Feedback? 2 small things:-no shampoo was supplied, just bath soap-key return: it would be awesome if we could just leave the keys in the house rather than make the long drive up to Gualala to the office to drop them off. it always adds about 20 min to our drive back to SF.

We enjoy walking on the bluff trail, this house doesn't have quick or easy access to the trail. The beds are very close to the ground making it difficult to get out of. (At least for the 70's and over crowd). The kitchen is poorly equipped and the knives were quite dull, easy to fix so why don't they?
