About this apartment rental
Welcome to your home in Barcelona!
This apartment is your best option for your stay in the city.
It is very spacious (200m2), comfortable, and very bright because it is on the sixth floor. The community of neighbors is very quiet and there is a concierge. It is located on the right of the Eixample in a quiet and safe area, 4 minutes walk from Paseo de Gracia-Diagonal (pure downtown).
It is classic-modern style, and offers a new concept where art and sustainability meet.

If your group is less than 30 years old, do not make a reservation without prior written approval from me. Otherwise, it will result in the cancellation of your reservation and the total charge of your security deposit.
All persons who enter the apartment at any time during the time of their reservation are listed as guests and must be registered in the reservation.
Respect the time of silence between 22: 00 / 10pm - 8: 00 / 8am. If neighbors or building management report noise or holiday complaints, they will be charged the security deposit in full and must leave the apartment.
Written preapproval from me is required for any commercial use or special occasions. (weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays, commercials, bachelorette parties, photo shoots, etc.). If you do not inform me in advance, your reservation will be canceled and the security deposit will be charged in full.
Keep in mind that this is a smoke-free environment (only on the balconies) / drugs. If smoking / drugs are detected inside the unit or in the common areas of the building, the full security deposit will be charged and you must leave the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. If pets are brought, the damage deposit will be collected in full.
Tax information
Since 2012, the Catalan laws require that all tourists over 16 pay the tourist tax. The tax is € 2.25 + VAT for apartments in Barcelona (ie € 2.48 per person per night) and only applies to the first 7 nights of stay. The collection of this fee will be made at the time of your arrival.
The national and international police demands that each guest, before their visit to Barcelona, send information of their identifications or passports.
We are required to issue invoices for each reservation, so we kindly ask you the address of your home as this information is mandatory to prepare the invoice.
Late check-in fee; extra € 20 after 20:00 / 8:00 p. m., extra € 30 after 22:00 / 10:00 p. m., extra € 50 after midnight.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 8, everyone had enough space. Marc was readily available to answer any questions. The location was nice a quiet bit close enough to walk or catch a metro. I would definitely rent here again!

We had seven persons and this was one of the locations that could accommodate our size and we are glad we picked it. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. Marc was a great host, communicated early and often and even organized a ride to the property for our arrival. The location had plenty of food choices within walking distance no matter your preferences and an elevator which was great for my elderly mom who could not take the stairs all the time. We ate out mostly but if you want to cook there are plenty of cooking utensils and dishes, very large communal area where we spent a lot of the time.
