About this house rental
Newly Renovated in 2017/18. New HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, and Appliances. First Floor unit features 2 BR and 2 BA. The living room has a pullout couch and a 50in HD LCD TV. The dining room features a antique farm table that seats 6. The kitchen has new appliances, pots, pans, utensils etc. Laundry room with new washer and dryer. Front porch has 3 rocking chairs and there are 2 parking spaces in the back which are shared with the upstairs unit, but there is plenty of off street parking.
Cleaning Precautions: After each guest checks out, we have professional housekeepers clean each vacation home from top to bottom with disinfectant, wiping down all surfaces and floors. All towels and linens are professionally laundered and individually vacuumed packed until needed. When the housekeepers are complete a member of our team inspects the home, using gloves and/or disinfectant wipes, to ensure nothing was missed and restock any cleaning supplies. We strive to provide the most comfortable environment for your stay.

Clean & plenty of towels and supplies in baths & kitchen. Walk 1 block, 2 blocks, or many places for coffee, pastries, drinks, food trucks. Easy to airport, Banana Ball, Tyvee Island, and downtown!

We enjoyed the space for a long weekend visit. We really enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch. We started with coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. It was great people watching. The unit directly faces the railroad tracks, so it was fun to watch the actual train pass by. BEWARE-this unit is on the bottom level. Unfortunately, a family with two toddlers were above us and starting at 6:30a, they ran back and forth on their hardwoods all day into the night. Other than that, the neighborhood was charming, walking to coffee shops, bars, restaurants and local shopping. It was a quick uber to everything.

WOW!! Truly Fabulous!! I don’t believe we’ve ever stayed in a more perfectly appointed home! Everything is positively beautiful, comfortable, & easy!! The entire house was beyond spotless… Thank You everything is truly lovely!! You clearly are very thoughtful owners!! Every tiny detail was noticed & not waisted on us… we appreciate each and every gesture of kindness, from comfortable beds & seating …. right down to the night lights, first aid kit!! You thought if everything and more!! Ps your upstairs renter is quiet as a mouse we didn’t even know anyone was up there until they left for work… so sweet! We can’t Thank You enough!! You are Truly the Best!! EVER!! Thank You

The house is spacious and relatively close to historical parts of Savannah. There are some nice cafes (e.g., Toupical) near by. The management company was responsive to emails. We would have loved this house except for two things: cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom terrified me and ruined my ability to enjoy this otherwise very nice house; the train is right next to the house and goes by, honking loudly, around 7 am.
