amazing fincahotel! super nice staff and comfortable rooms in a peaceful setting

the place was super nice and peaceful, the staff super nice and welcoming , nice breakfast and pool area and rooms very comfy :)

Disappointing

Definitely not worth it.

Breakfast was OK the first day.

The service is nothing like in a hotel. The desk is attended by two teenagers who do not really care about the guests and have no idea of how to treat people in an accommodation with this range of prices. 1- The rooms had no bath gel, hand soap, or shampoo, and when we asked they said we should speak to the owners. The reservation clearly said it included toiletries. You really expect that in a hotel that is 150 euros/night. 2- The feeling is that you are entering somebody´s house and also annoying their "paid vacation" (literal transcription of what one of the young men said when showing me the hotel on the first day). On the first night, they were having dinner on the floor of the main salon, and on the last night, they were walking shirtless and watching a movie in the TV room. Not even greeting and making very clear that it was their free time and we should not bother them. 3- The price is ridiculous considering the service and the location. Maybe it makes sense when you can use the swimming pool and other amenities but the prices should be adapted to the low-season reality, including the service that is given, which I want to believe is much more decent when there are more guests in the house. 4- The hotel is nothing like a boutique. The rooms are very simple. The bathroom was made in the 80s and it really does not fit the "boutique" spirit AT ALL. Pictures are misleading. My feeling is that the owners have no idea of who is in charge of the house and they might not really care as the big business is done in summer. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Pleasant

The main building was beautiful and the grounds were wonderful. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

The room had no place to sit and there was no soap or shampoo supplied. Unfortunately, we could not get any coffee before 8:30 in the morning.

Beautiful finca, superfriendly local staff and good breakfast, but I would definitely not recommend it.

We shared a room with our family (two kids) without airco (we knew there was no airco when we booked). There was a heatwave, making it over 35 degrees IN the room. The window couldn't be opened as there was no mosquito net and from sunset it was full of mosquitoes. The fan was obviously not sufficient to cool the room. According to the owners, the fan would be sufficient. but in the end such a thing only moves the warm air. Our kids woke up with headaches every morning, it was impossible to sleep. We expect more for a room of almost 400 euros per night. The local staff also indicated that it was impossible to sleep in this room. When we contacted the German owners (mail and telephone), we were told that they understood the situation and would provide mobile air conditioners. In the end this turned out not to be possible and we were told that we opted for a room without air conditioning and that the conditions were normal on the island (while there was a real heatwave). After two sleepless nights we wanted to spend the remaining 5 nights elsewhere and the owners proposed to refund us 200 euros for the 5 remaining nights. Absolutely unacceptable, this was an unhealthy and even dangerous situation. The owners had absolutely no understanding for our situation (although of course they claimed they did). In the end we put our sheets under an ice cold shower every night and tried to sleep under soaked sheets. On our last day one of the people from the German company or owners arrived and made every effort to avoid us. This person, of course, slept in a room that did have air conditioning. No restaurant service, first decent ones are +- 30 mins by car. No bathroom products provided.

Stunning property, not great value for money.

Beautiful property, nice sized clean room, friendly staff, free parking available, free cycle hire, filling breakfast with options.

No air conditioning, limited pool side beds for number of guests, staff rarely present throughout stay, wasps in pool continuously (not staffs fault but guests should be made aware). Must have vehicle to stay here.

Very relaxing stay away from crowds

beautiful secluded setting, perfect for relaxation away from crowds (when we visited only 2 rooms were booked out of 8) very nice pool, convenient outdoor kitchen, kind and welcoming staff (+ a resident cat) they provide bicycles, ping-pong and board games common areas are very large, they have an honesty bar beautiful outdoor dining and sunbathing area good but simple breakfast

no mosquito net on the window (!!) which you have to keep open at night as there is no AC (temperature though was okay in early June as they provided a fan and night temperature outside was cool) no toiletries provided (for the price we expected them)

Remote location but great access to all

The location is great value, super hosts and good access to all location. Y car (you anyway have in Majorca).

Due to covid the dinner could not be served so close by dinner location are scarce.

Dissapointed

We liked the building, old with a history, its in the middle of nowhere so the area is peaceful

No air condition - we had 3 sleepless nights it was so hot. You can open the window - but guests had a night party in the garden downstairs. Room is loud. You can hear everything what is going on in the kitchen, and every guest. It was our last 3 days in Mallorca and we left this place very tired. Breakfast for 30euros per 2 pers. was poor few slices of ham and cheese, bread and small pot of fruits. I was looking for a place to relax from everyday life and I followed very positive opinions but we were quite dissapointed :(

Exceptional

We had an amazing stay at Lazy Finca. What we liked most was the excellent breakfast, clean and cozy room, warm atmosphere and just perfect location with a breathtaking surrounding.

Serene and cosy atmosphere

This was my second stay at the Lazy Finca and both times have been very relaxing and enjoyable. The historic finca is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a good book or connect to the surrounding nature. The atmosphere is rustic and cozy and they serve great local food and wine. We especially appreciated the precautions taken to ensure the place is safe and clean during COVID-19 times.

Very nice, peaceful accommodation.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Alex and Jill were excellent hosts providing us with sound advice on various day trips. There were some other really nice guests we got to know as well. Great place.
