About this apartment rental
Upstairs, you’ll find a large custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Open to the dining area, there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Three sets of French doors in the living room lead to your private patio. A gas grill, table for eight, and a view of Forsyth Park make this an ideal setting for dining al fresco.
On the third floor are three bedrooms, one with two twin beds, and two with queen beds. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with a separate tub and shower, perfect for a relaxing evening. Large French doors let in a lot of natural light and lead to a private balcony, so you can sit back and watch the world go by.
You’ll be a block away from Kroger, the only full grocery store in the Historic District, but close enough to all of Savannah’s dining options to never need to cook! Take a stroll to Maté Factor Cafe in the morning and discover organic coffee, maté teas, housemade muffins, danishes and even fruit-stuffed.

Our stay here was really good. The location is perfect. You can hear mild traffic noise from the street but nothing too bad. Having a parking space in the garage was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.

I did do a review, maybe it was directly to Lucky Savannah...but here goes. This property was fabulous for our annual getaway. Walking distance to grocery and free transportation. The home was spotless! The kitchen had better equipment than my own home. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, clean sheets/towels and hot showers. We would definitely stay there again. Only two issues - the front door key code was not working when we arrived. It took over 30 minutes to resolve with Lucky Savannah because the office was short staffed - only 2 people handling all lines at check-in time. Still the CSR was very polite/apologetic and continued to come back to the call, but I was put on a long hold at least 4 times. Finally, she agreed to stick with my call and reset the key code remotely. The other issue, that wasn't really an issue, just a comment - we were there on Veterans day. Our corner is the staging area for the big parade. We woke to drum lines warming up and bands/ROTCs in every direction. It actually was pretty cool for awhile and we only had to walk a block to Forsyth Park to get an Uber when we were ready. We were warned by the neighbor/owner the night before, but this might be a good thing for someone to know ahead of time when they are booking.

The property was beautiful and spotless and lived up to everything as advertised. Extra bonus walking distance to the grocery store. Problem at check-in with the door code that took almost half an hour to resolve on the phone. Short staffed at check-in time.
