As a born and raised local, I had to purchase the property with the hopes of restoring it to its greatest and to allow others to enjoy what it has to offer. Since March 2017, my family and I have been working hard on the restoration - attempting to keep a lot of it's uniqueness while integrating modern technologies that will help expand the property's life. Guests have access to the entire house plus outside gathering area and a long paved driveway that is great for a stroll - you can even hike to the hilltop peak of the property. There are pastures in front of the house that is currently home to our Texas Longhorns, they can be viewed from the drive way.

The house is in a great location for wine tasting! We are just 4 miles off the 101. We have awesome neighbors, Mt. Olive Organic Farm (great local, organic foods and treats), Alta Colina Winery, RE:Fine Distillery, Wild Coyote Estate Winery, just to name a few. The house just sits off Adelaida Road as such is walking distance to a handful of wineries.
