This place is exactly as described and I’m not surprised it has so many other good reviews. Everything was clear and easy.
We spent a lot of time on the dock watching beavers take down branches and swim them to their home, baby birds taking their first flights from their nest, and the cottage was surrounded in fireflies at night. It felt very magical.
I didn’t realize ahead of time that WIFI and cell signal might be an issue, but I really liked being mostly unreachable.
The shower had the best water pressure and heat of any cottage I’ve stayed in, especially with two people going one after the other. Really great heater.
We will definitely book again, hopefully for longer next time.

We recently stayed in this cottage. We like it very much.Very clean and peaceful place.Owner though to include everything that you may need to make your staying amazing: including soap, ice maker, BBQ tools, fishing equipment, blankets, comforts, kitchen rolls, toilet paper, detergent, games for the whole family, etc.Kayaks are in very good shape, views from kayaks are incredible. Kayaking is extremely recommended for the whole family.Beds were confortable too.One quickly reminder: there is not a microwave, radio or TV. Not ESSO, Pioneer or Shell gas station near the cottage. Fill tank if you plan to do short trips with the family. Many mosquitos and other insects in the area, do not forget bring mosquito repellent. We definitely want to come back.
