The apartment is very good for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children). Noise from the straats in the evening and early morning can be disturbing.

The listing address was not correct when I booked. The actual apartment is three blocks east of where we thought we’d be staying. The Host texted me personally instead of going through VRBO site to let me know, the morning before check in. There are no elevators. Two flights of stairs. It’s not in the safest area. We were an adult and two teens and we were verbally harassed by men in store fronts as we walked by at night. The apartment is large for NYC. The a/c blew out black mold onto the bed. The pull out couch in the game room was filthy. The WiFi had to be reset and the a/c breaker as well. The Host was sweet and her cousin, the maintenance/cleaner was as well.
