Summary:
Luxury, large and extremely central flat with canal view, exceptional furniture. 2 double bedrooms, a sofa bed and 3 bathrooms. Terrace and air conditioning.
The Space:
The flat is composed of a large living and dining area on the basement, a kitchenette and a lobby, very bright and with 16th century furniture. The first floor has a double bedroom with a 16th century four posters bed, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed with 2 single bed, that can be arranged on request. On the third floor there is the master bedroom the third bathroom and the access to the terrace. The master bedroom has incredible beautiful four poster bed coming from the owner’s family Castel in Tuscany and so are all the different pieces of furniture of the entire flat.
The Neighborhood:
Near Sant’Angelo vaporetto and Alilaguna stop and Sant’Angelo square, this flat is extremely central as it is 10 minute’s walk from San Mark Square and Rialto Bridge. The flat is positioned at 5 minutes from The Lyric theatre “La Fenice”.
Getting Around:
Sant'Angelo stop for both Line 1 vaporetto and Alilaguna LINE ORANGE.

This accommodation was beautifully decorated, in a convenient and nice safe location, was fairly close to a grocery store, had a washing machine we utilized, and had enough seating in the living area for our family of 5. We had close access to the ferry and communication for check-in and suggestions was fantastic! The host secured a tour of the glass factory on Murano for us and we could not have been more pleased!

We loved our stay here. The location was excellent. The sleeping arrangements for 5 were very comfy. It was very convenient to have washer and the roof to dry our clothes. Close to a grocery store, restaurants, shopping and also to San Angelo vaporetto stop.We did have to buy some supplies for kitchen and washer, but not too much. The AC could have been stronger for the full house. The bedrooms had AC as did the living room on ground floor, but the AC did not work well for the extra sleeping area on the first floor outside the bedroom. The extra portable AC was actually a dehumidifier. House rules were clear and easy to follow. Check-in was very easy as Red House Company employee, met us at the vaporetto stop. Communication was excellent. We would stay here again.

Communication with the host was great, and the check-in process was thorough, with all our questions answered. The apartment is beautiful and basically a feast for my eyes no matter where I looked! The beds were very comfortable, which is so important, and everything worked great. We did some cooking and had all needed pots and pans and cutlery and cooking utensils. The American coffee pot worked too slowly (probably needs a longer vinegar descale) but that got me to finally try the famous Italian Moka coffee maker, which made delicious coffee. The location of the apartment is great, extremely close to the Sant' Angelo Vaporetto/water taxi dock, but a quiet area with a nice view of the canal. And there is an awesome grocery store very close. I am 64 with bad knees, but I was able to negotiate the stairs because there was so much to hang onto. The TV is awesome with every possible streaming service you can think of. It was easy to sign in. I enjoyed coming back, putting my feet up and watching a show after a tiring day of sightseeing. Just a beautiful, beautiful place with great beds and a great location. My son and I really enjoyed our stay!
