Experience the best of Mammoth from this spacious 3-bedroom + loft, 3-bathroom townhome, ideally located just steps away from the slopes near Eagle Lodge. Spread across four levels and offering beautiful Sherwin Mountain views, a private covered hot tub, gourmet kitchen, and room for up to 12 guests, this is a fantastic mountain retreat for families and groups. The main living level is designed for gathering, featuring a beautiful river-rock fireplace that creates the perfect mountain atmosphere after a day on the slopes or trails. Relax in the comfortable living area and enjoy a movie on the TV with DVD player, or gather around the open kitchen and dining space for a family meal. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, a spacious island with bar seating and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The open layout makes it easy for everyone to spend time together, whether you're cooking breakfast before heading to the mountain or settling in for a relaxing evening. One of the highlights of the home is the private covered hot tub, located on a separate deck off the primary bedroom. Soak beneath the mountain sky after a day of skiing, hiking, or biking, or fire up the private gas BBQ grill and enjoy the fresh Mammoth air. The primary bedroom features a comfortable King bed, private bathroom, and direct access to the hot tub deck. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests with four Twin sleeping spaces, including a bunk bed and trundle setup. Upstairs, the spacious loft provides even more room to spread out, featuring a Queen bed plus two additional Twin sleeping spaces with a trundle, along with a TV, making it a great hangout and sleeping area for the kids. A private washer and dryer add the convenience of home, especially for longer stays and active mountain vacations. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. The townhome accommodates a maximum of 12 guests and includes a private one-car garage plus two additional outdoor parking spaces in the driveway. Two parking passes are provided; if additional parking is needed, please contact our office for alternative options. We stayed at this townhome during a blizzard that dumped 7' of snow on Mammoth Mountain. Could not ski the first 2 days so we were stuck indoors. This townhome proved to be a very nice place to stay - roomy and full of all the necessary amenities. The private jaccuzzi was wonderful. Had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

First, we want to thank Mammoth Sierra reservations for giving us a free night when we were snowed in and 395 was closed. We like the unit and have stayed there several times. BUT, we wish there were more lights. You can hardly read a book at night. Heating was a problem. The downstairs is cold and upstairs is hot. If you turned the room heaters downstairs on, it tripped the breakers making them unusable. The onsight manager who is responsible for the snow removal of the driveways and road is not a people person, rude and unhelpful. Calling this a ski in ski out unit is a misnomer. We had to dig our own trail thru 5 feet of snow that took us an hour each day because of the snowfall.

We picked the stormiest week for our Ski reunion. 6 older guys that needed the convenience of easy access to the slopes. Very unfortunate. Even in the best of weather this unit is not easy on and off. Hopefully the description and the sales pitch will be more honest in the future. We could live with the minor issues.
