Overall, this is an absolutely wonderful property! The only negatives we can give are the bathroom door (doesn't slide smoothly, but once you figure it out, it's manageable) and the shower (dark and a bit small). It was perfect for the two of us and we loved the location! Very close to several trail heads. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The house was one of the best equipped properties that we have ever stayed at, and it was also very clean. That said, we left the rental early because it was sweltering hot inside all day and night. We knew that it was not air conditioned, but we were told that it has a swamp cooler. So okay, but the unit was a very small portable unit that could not even keep 1 room reasonably comfortable. The big issue is that it is advertised as being very close to Cloudcroft, which it is, but it was left off that it is 2000 ft. lower in elevation and on the desert side of the mountain. If you want Cloudcroft this isn't it.
