About this house rental
This house is on a lovely Street surrounded by quiet nice neighbors. We are dear friends with a few neighbors on the street. It is important to us that our guests are a good fit for the street. My favorite thing to do at this house is relax in the hammock on the back patio after going on a scenic hike only 10 blocks away. Downtown Joshua tree is about 13 blocks from the house and a 5-minute drive to the West entrance to the national Park. We are also very close to several really cool hikes.

The house is great - spacious, clean, and cool. In the morning there are squirrels and jackrabbits in the front yard. The hot tub was great with a nice view and it was peaceful. In the morning there were crows that made me dream someone was yelling "Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!" but no big deal once I closed the windows (and not the host's fault!) Would go back!

Our stay was absolutely lovely! The house was great: it was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our time inside as well as on the back porch, where we watched a beautiful sunrise.
