Located between the Village and Canyon Lodge, this spacious 3-bedroom + loft, 3-bath condo is a great choice for families and groups looking for plenty of room and easy access to the mountain. With sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests, a large open living area, fully equipped kitchen and beautiful mountain views, there’s space for everyone to settle in and enjoy Mammoth.
The main living area and kitchen come together in a large, open great room that's well suited for a group. The remodeled kitchen features a large island, full-size appliances and plenty of counter and prep space. There’s seating at the island as well as a dining table for six or more.
Sleeping accommodations are spread throughout the condo, with three bedrooms—two downstairs and one upstairs—plus a loft sleeping area. Altogether, the property includes two California king beds, one queen bed, four bunk beds and two floor mattresses. A crib and Pack ’n Play are also available, along with two child dining chairs.
One of the best features of the property is its south-facing location. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, and the covered deck looks out through the pines toward the surrounding mountains—a great spot to sit outside and enjoy the view.
The condo has three full bathrooms, which makes a noticeable difference when you're traveling with a larger group.
Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles in the ground-floor covered garage, with a 7-foot clearance. The free Mammoth shuttle stops directly in front of the complex, so once you're here, there's very little reason to drive. Canyon Lodge is easily accessible by shuttle, and the Village—with restaurants, bars, shops and the gondola—is approximately four blocks downhill.
A few things to know before booking: The condo is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. Guests will need to use the stairs between the garage/ground level and the condo, so this property may not be suitable for anyone who has difficulty with stairs.
Like most Mammoth properties, the condo does not have air conditioning. Heat is provided during the colder months.

We’ve had the pleasure of staying in this condo for the past three years, and it continues to be the perfect fit for our family of 10. The home is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need, and we especially love starting our mornings with coffee in the Crate & Barrel mugs—a small touch that makes it feel extra special.One of the biggest conveniences is the shuttle, located just steps from the garage. Even during busy times, there’s no need to worry about parking at the lifts, which makes getting around incredibly easy. The Village is walkable as well, if you would rather enjoy the restaurants and shopping.The condo itself is light, bright, and welcoming. Opening the sliding doors lets in a refreshing breeze, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. After long days spent skiing, hiking, or biking, the beds are wonderfully comfortable—something we truly appreciate.The Host, Michael, was very quick to respond when I had some technical difficulties upon check in. He followed up with us throughout the week to be sure we were enjoying our stay.We’re already looking forward to returning for our family trip next year!

Two families from opposite ends of California meet in mammoth for family vacation. This place was perfect for our needs. The 4 tween/teenagers took over the upstairs bedroom/loft and it served as the perfect game room/get away from the adults location. The two downstairs bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were comfy, clean, and perfect for the parents. The giant open kitchen and living space were ideal for game night, family dinners, and hanging out. We have stayed at a lot of rentals over the years and this place had the best stocked kitchen ever! It was so nice to cook in a place that lacked for nothing. (And the nespresso machine was an exciting surprise). Great views out of the wall of windows, double balconies, great facility amenities with pool, spa, bbq, parking, etc. We highly recommend this condo rental and can’t wait to go back.
