The interior boasts a full bed, a stylish high-top dining table, and an L-shaped couch (not pictured). The newly renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower and accent tiles inspired by the rich aesthetics of Andalusia, Spain. The kitchen is equipped with sleek European appliances, including a stainless steel oven, microwave, and dishwasher, all complemented by elegant Calcutta stone countertops.
Soak up the sun and enjoy Santa Barbara’s dreamy weather on the private deck, offering a gas grill, chaise lounge, and bistro set — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and dining alfresco.

Bath Street: Unrestricted on weekends, except Wednesdays from 9 AM to Noon.
Yanonali Street: Restricted only on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 5 PM for street cleaning.
We also have other units in the building with their own reserved parking spaces.
Our building is fully licensed for short-term rentals and located within the Santa Barbara Coastal Zone, where stays under 30 days are allowed. Many other listings in the city fall outside this zone and are not legally permitted to offer short-term stays—so hosts might decline your booking request to avoid violations. We, on the other hand, automatically confirm your reservation the moment you book. An absolutely charming and wonderful place to stay! Centrally located in one of the best parts of Santa Barbara, close to everything. Ally was incredible! And the housekeeping staffpresnt and available. I would recommend this for anybody! The beautiful patio, sunlight in the morning. And kind and thoughtful tenants. 5 stars indeed!
