Kick back in this calm, stylish space. Whether you`re working remotely or just enjoying your time away, all your getaway needs are here. This home is very close to the popular River Street, historic attractions, numerous restaurants, shopping districts, and only 20 miles from Tybee Island beach. You can`t go wrong with this beautiful haven designed just for you.
* 5 Miles to downtown Savannah
* 19 Miles to Tybee Island
* 5 Miles from Savannah / Hilton Head International Airport.
This cozy home has a well-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, office, and a large back yard.
The entire home is available to you to enjoy at your leisure.
While I won`t be available in person, I`m only a call or message away.
* If your booking has more than one vehicle, please do not park on the front of the lawn. There is plenty of space for parking on the right side of the home.
* Only registered guests allowed on premises
* Noise to be kept at a reasonable level. Be considerate of neighbors.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. The front of the home is monitored with a security camera on-site. This is in the best interest of guest/s and host to make sure that in the event of any incidents outside, an accurate account may be captured. Violation of any rules will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
Please only flush toilet paper and do not place miscellaneous items in the toilet.

Had a great stay! House was exactly what we needed for the weekend and had zero issues. Quiet neighborhood and easy in and out access to everywhere we needed to be.

Seamless stay from arrival til departure. Quiet community. Great location when planning to spend time downtown. Commute to River Street is less than 10 mins. Clean, updated, and beautifully decorated property. This property made our stay Girls Trip in Savannah, amazing. Love it! 10/10!
