The location is ideal. Not only is the neighborhood full of gorgeous Italianate, Victorian-era styled houses, but it is conveniently located near pleasant Forsythe Park with its beautiful fountain. We also walked absolutely everywhere in historic Savannah--through the many green park squares and to the various houses that we toured, and even as far as the riverfront a couple of times. There was even a grocery store only a few blocks away.
The apartment itself was charming and had everything we could possibly need. It was also very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed eating some of our meals on the patio. There was a bottle of wine and chilled glasses in the fridge, a Keurig with assorted K-Cup flavors, and assorted teabags. Our hosts even left a basket full of treats and snacks for us. We very much appreciated being able to relax in front of the TV, which had streaming services available.
We have no complaints.
