The building is very new and the rooms are enormous. The rooms are clean, if a little sparse. The price is exceptional for the size and quality of the room.
Plaza Viktoria is located in a really random part of town. There is construction going on all around, so I expect that, at some point in the not so distant future, it will be in a vibrant part of Yerevan. Currently though, it’s in a bit of a desert. We struggled to find a cafe within walking distance. And, given the dearth of public transit options in Yerevan, it was not easy to get from the hotel to the sights downtown. The walk is also along a busy road, so that is not pleasant. Hopefully the area will continue to improve around the hotel.
Also, the provided soap and shampoo were weirdly watery.

Price/quality is on the appropriate level, very clean
Good connection to the center, a bit far, but still close to the center
Bad sound isolation, I heard eveyone when they were passing by through corridor

"Amazing hospitality! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially when we had some issues with a taxi driver, the boss (I think) and her staff immediately stepped in to help. On top of that,..."
