Very nice place to stay right in the centre of Linlithgow opposite the castle. Smart, clean and comfortable. Short walk to train station where it’s 20 mins straight in to Edinburgh.
We used the app to enter the property, our room and the car park which is ok once you get the hang. On site staff person a bit impatient with me about it.
Our room was very good with excellent bed and shower (towels a bit small tho). Kitchenette helpful although a toaster would have been more useful than a microwave as it is only breakfast you you’d eat in there with just 2 tiny bowls and 2 small plates to eat off! Fresh milk in the fridge very welcome. Plenty of places to eat nearby.
Not really a dislike but I’m not a fan of automatic lights in bathrooms as it’s disturbing in the night. I feel like there should be better explanation/map of the location of the car park in relation to the rooms, as it was only by luck I found car park 4 was the closest to our room. I have included 2 photos of this to help others.

Biscuits and a bun for breakfast!
Felt claustrophobic in a box room. Hand basin above toilet cistern.
