The bartender didn’t blink an eye when I asked for room service 20 minutes before the kitchen closed. She was delightful.

I was doubled charged. I paid you, booking.com and Whitehorse also charged me for a full night. I called Hyatt Whitehorse and they said they would take care of a refund, and they have not. They said they would email me confirmation, they have not.

Location

Parking rules on street not explained that were free at weekends but wanted to charge hotel rates nor the restaurant closing on Sunday evening. The credit card provided at check in was used at checkout without my permission and ignored my request to use a local currency debit card at point of departure. Variety of the Fruit bowl at breakfast reduced day by day over the 4 day stay with just a shrug that that was all they had. Coffee cups not replaced with clean when used in the room. Thermostat impossible to work and when front desk staff were questioned on how to set it, even they did not know and did not offer to find out .
