Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour une nuit de transit suite à une arrivée tardive à Zanzibar. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel était bien, mais nous avons rencontré un problème majeur : à notre arrivée, la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas. Malgré deux relances auprès de l'accueil, rien n'a été fait et aucune solution ne nous a été proposée jusqu'à notre départ. Dommage pour le manque de réactivité.

Clean and spacious room, good restaurant on ground floor. Very pleasant staff.
I made the rookie error of only bringing biggish US bills but when it came time to pay, they had no change and neither did their cc machine work. The receptionist kindly rode with us to the airport to get smaller bills and so perhaps for this reason I received no receipt of any kind. I don't need it but it was certainly a very trust- based transaction which was challenging for me coming from a culture that gives you a piece of paper for everything.
